Aud-Ability Hearing Centre is the result of many years of experience working in a variety of hearing clinics, both in the public and private sector. We are truly interested in helping people hear better and maximize their hearing potential. Instead of focusing on the loss of hearing, our goal is to focus on the unique abilities each client brings with them and to offer solutions and support to facilitate the best hearing possible.

JoAnn Klassen
JoAnn enjoys working with clients of all ages and is committed to helping her clients obtain the best hearing possible. When she is not working, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband and family in the beautiful outdoors of Vancouver Island.

James Tarrant
James runs Ability Orthotics and shares office space with JoAnn. You might speak to James on the phone or meet him when you check in. James is originally from New Zealand, but followed JoAnn to Canada, where he has lived for the past 23 years.
